Accountant – Full-Time Permanent

 

Rawluk & Robert Chartered Professional Accountants Inc. is looking to hire a full-time accountant.

 

What you will do:

• Develop technical skills by working in areas such as compilations, review engagements, audits, and corporate tax preparation

• Develop technical skills by working in the area of personal tax preparation.

• Meet and communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.

• Other special projects as agreed to and in the interest of the successful candidate.

 

What you will need:

• CPA designation

• 3 years of experience in a Canadian public practice firm, including experience and training in assurance work and/or tax.

• Experience in preparing Compilations, Review Engagements and Audits

• Experience in personal, corporate, and estate tax returns.

• Experience with Caseware and TaxCycle (or similar tax software), QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Office, as well as time/billing software.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with all members of our team, clients, and others.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and present a professional image in a business casual environment.
