Manitoba Bridge Grant - Round 2

On January 8, 2021, the Manitoba Government began issuing a second payment of $5,000 to eligible applicants that applied for the Bridge Grant between November 16, 2020 and December 31, 2020. Recipients will receive a second $5,000 whereas Bridge Grant for Home Based Businesses will receive a payment equal to their 2020 payment up to $5,000.


Recipients do not need to reapply and the payments will be automatically sent. Email notifications are being sent out. The payment is considered taxable business income.


If you received the payment in error or would like to opt out of the program and repay funds received, you can email the program at mbg@gov.mb.ca or mbghome@gov.mb.ca
